At 2226 hours, Engine Company 9 was alerted 2nd and 3rd due to 4116 70th Avenue for the house on fire. Engine 30 and Truck 28 arrived on the scene of a single story house with fire showing. Engine 94 arrived next and stretched the crosslay to division one. Engine 94 and Truck 28  located a 12x12 room off in the back of the house. Engine 92 stretched the 400' line to the rear and checked for extension on division 1. Tower 33 opened the roof and completed searches of the house. At 30 minutes, Command scaled the assignment back to 2&2 for overhaul. Company 9 cleared the scene at 0030 hours.
