Shortly before 1330 hours, Engine 94 and Truck 9 (11 Men) were alerted to 3800 64th Avenue for the U-Store on fire. Engine 30 arrived on the scene of a two story storage row, with multiple units off. Engine 94 arrived on the scene and stretched a line off Engine 30 for the initial fire attack. Truck 9 arrived and positioned between the buildings and went to work. The crew cut 7 roll up doors and 4 (6x6) vent holes on the roof. Line crews from 9 and 33 worked for 15 minutes to darken down alot of the fire. A second alarm was sounded, bringing additional man power to the scene to assist with removal of storage from 9 units. All units worked for another 2 hours hitting hot spots. Company 9 cleared the scene at 1705 hours.
