Engine 94 along with other 100% Volunteer crews from Ritchie Co. 37, Kentland Co. 46, and Seat Pleasant Co. 8 were invited to Kentland Co. 33 for a Forcible Entry drill taught by Nick Martin of Kentland and Traditions Training.  The drill encouraged “outside of the box” thinking and allowed members to take the traditional methods taught in Firefighter 1 and expand upon them to overcome most obstacles found in today’s firefighting.  The drill focused on entry into doors, roll-downs, roll-ups, bars, and lock cylinders.  The Bladensburg Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank Kentland and Traditions Training for the use of their door prop and the invitation to participate in this training.  While the wagon attended the drill at Kentland, E93 remained in quarters to protect the first due and conducted a drill of their own on roof operations.
