When it’s late at night and the probationers are itching to throw ladders, sometimes a big wall is all you have to work with. Placement on actual structures is gone over every day, repetition on getting the ladders out and up is just as beneficial and gets that muscle memory built. The Trucks Bangor ladder also got to come out and go for a fly. @ Bladensburg High School ... See MoreSee Less
